This is my real life. Every morning I wake up and drone through the day and finally return to reality when I fall into oblivion.

December 31

The sun was setting and there were elephants marching up a hill. I followed in their footsteps. For their size, the creatures were incredibly sure-footed, thus their expedition was slow. I was studying their technique and thought process. I walked in their footprints. In time though, I realized I was being followed myself, by a relative with an entirely different plan.

My aunt was out to kill me. She was hiding something in the hills and couldn’t afford to let me stumble upon it. I ran. The path continually separated and I frantically pursued the most discreet ones. Vegetation began building up and as I turned a corner I was met with a small farm. There was corn, lettuce, radishes and plenty of others sprouting up. It was relatively young, but looked healthy. I raced towards the small tool shed and found a man in a car. I explained to him my situation and he hurried me into his van/truck. His huge dog hopped in the back with me (I believe it spoke English). Did I get a way? I think so. The dream dissolved.

I remember being at my old swim club. I was in the storage room (the coolest room of the place) and was frantically searching for something. I came across a few things that were mine and threw them in a pile off to the side. On the wall was some of my artwork, hanging in a shadow box. Among the ropes, boxes, chairs and whatnot, I found piles of what I thought was a lot of money. I got overly excited but then quickly realized they were fake bills, not unlike Monopoly money. I was supposed to distribute the currency among people who were playing a game in the main room, but they bills started looking like playing cards. I became confused about what I should give people.

I was then at some amusement park, in a place like Frontierland but much more real. People really got into character here. It started to become a video game, but I was watching someone else play, from their first-person perspective too. It was fun. The game seemed to pause after some time and it switched back to reality because I had to find a bathroom. I walked and found that the entirely eco-friendly bathrooms had a long line. I entered a restaurant and found an uncrowded one.

[Then I woke up and had to take a piss].
